Tall humanoid grey skinned creature with no eyelids

Since I was a kid I would see this thing in my dreams and I would always hear weird noises at night or see it for a split second in dark spaces. It’s a tall (around 7-8 feet) and super skinny figure almost as if it has no muscle. No genetalia but has this pale grey skin with no eyelids and yellowed eyes with brown pupils. It usually flashes across my eyes and then disappears. I think it’s been attached to me for years but I always hear the noises. Could this be a real thing or is my mind playing tricks on me.
