I'm a medical mystery

I began losing weight without trying right after the last general election and attributed it to my mental health. The weight loss continued, i became nauseous often and although I had an appetite, food would sometimes trigger nausea. I began vomiting a lot, my gag reflex became sensitive. When I did eat, I could only eat very small amounts at a time. My feet went numb last spring. At first it was mild, but grew to be maddening. It spread to my calves, thighs, abdomen to lesser degrees, and i thought I could feel it about to get into my fingers. In the beginning, my mobility and balance didn't suffer, but that changed fairly quickly. If I'd had any idea back then how weird things would get, I'd have started keeping a journal, but just have memory to work with. My stamina and balance were suffering, and my muscles physically felt tired after not much exertion. Checked into the ER in August. I'd lost probably 70 lbs by then (I was fat). They ran some labs and told me I was vitamin B12 deficient. Prescribed some B12 and I was out the door. Established care with a primary early September. She referred me to a neurologist. The PA i saw there ordered extensive labs and an MRI from my crown to the base of my spine. The PA called with the mri results and said i have a bunch of shit wrong with my back, degenerative and otherwise, but she also told me there is a mass on my thyroid and she said, "something is wrong with your bone marrow". In the meantime, my primary prescribed weekly B12 injections. I continued experiencing the numbness, fatigue, weakness, balance issues and i was bruising excessively. I was referred to TCO and while I was in the exam room, the doctor asked me how much I was drinking. When I told him, he said he thought what was going on was a result of my drinking. That was 75 days ago. I quit drinking on the spot. I will write more soon. This is a long story.
