Tab S10FE vs Tab S10 Lite for studying purposes?

I'm looking to get a tablet for studying only. The main function will be note-taking, reading and highlighting books and watching lectures.

I compared the S10 Lite and the S10FE, and the FE is a clear winner. But it's also around 10k INR (115 usd) more expensive right now. The main difference I'm concerned about is the Exynos 1380 in the Lite vs. 1580 in the FE, will it last for atleast 5 or 6 years?

If someone is using an S6 Lite from launch till now for studying and general use, how is it holding up?

I do not wish to get out of Samsung, but are there other options I should look at? Like the Xiaomi Pad 7?
