What are you guys getting for your corporate christmas gift exchange this year?

So our office is doing a gift exchange next week (budget is around $35-40) and I'm totally blanking on what to get. I want something thoughtful but not too personal, you know? Like it needs to work for whoever ends up with it

Looking for office christmas gifts that people would actually be happy to receive and maybe even use regularly. Anyone have christmas gifts ideas for coworkers that hit that sweet spot? Not trying to go overboard, but also don't want to be the person who brings something that immediately gets regifted
