Neighbour blasting porn.

Bit of a weird one, I live in a block of old shit units, my downstairs neighbour is a bit of a nutter but I usually turn a blind eye. (Wears pots on his head, ties plastic bags to my stairs, screams at the air)

About a month ago he bought a new speaker and blasts music making the whole block shake, all good ive got a great pair of noise cancelling headphones. Recently he’s started to blast his porn videos, I’m a young woman and he’s made gross comments towards me before that I’ve ignored, he’s an older man (late 60s I’m guessing)

This makes me incredibly uncomfortable and quite sick, but I’m lost in what to do. What do I do? I do not want to approach him as he’s incredibly unstable, any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
