Blind to bullying

Anyone else here have been unable to recognize they've been bullied?

I know I may have been in my early teenage years; and have been by adults around me that I also have been later. I genuinely would not have seen it it I wasn't told so, especially in my later teenage years. I was fairly silent and closed off to interactions so most I was having were people trying to get me to talk which a lot saw as bullying.

I wasn't feeling bullied; as a matter of fact the only moment I felt bad about it was when I was told I may be. I couldn't have cared less otherwise.
