Met a girl, got her number, she left for 2 weeks for exams — how do I keep the spark alive without being annoying?

I need advice

I (20M) started talking to this girl a couple days ago. We met in person, had a really good vibe, and I got her number. That same night she had to go back to a different city for her university exams and won’t be back for about two weeks.

Our texting pattern is pretty consistent: • I text her, • She replies with long, detailed messages after ~30 minutes, • She asks questions back, • She shares stuff about what she’s doing, school, books she likes, etc. So it does feel like she wants to talk, even if it’s new.

My worry is losing her interest over these two weeks since we only talked for like 2 days before she left. We’re not flirting heavy yet — mostly talking about her classes, her job, the books she reads, etc.

What’s the best way to keep things fun and build some interest without coming off clingy or trying too hard? I don’t want to text too much and make her bored, but I also don’t want the vibe to die before we get the chance to meet again.

Any advice on keeping the spark alive early on?
