Cannot get ME3 to launch eldenring with seamless coop enabled.

I have followed every step to the best of my abilities and it has decided to be annoyingly complex for no reason at all. Just run the dll.

The only mod I am trying to run that says it needs ME3 is Elden Ring Tainted Edition Overhaul (ERTE). I can get ME3 to launch ERTE but not ERSC. ERSC is installed correctly because when I launch it via the launcher it has ERSC active but not ERTE. So its either I play vanilla eldenring with my friends or play modded alone.
At this point Ive sunk like 4 or 5 hours into this and I just want to get it done so I can play with my friends. Any help at all is appreciated, it is also 2 am so I may respond late.
