Problem with in game menu

I just bought the full game after playing the demo and not only does it feel nothing alike, it doesn't have a spawn menu or character selection or anything it just shows me the relationships between the female NPCs and a few options like my height calibration I also can't use slow mo, kick or see health bars, I need to see if anybody knows what's going on.
