Is intel 12400f good in 2025

Im looking for my first gaming pc, ive been going to pc cafes with my friends as i only have a m4 mbp so i cant rlly play any riot games,or fighting games. Im mainly looking to play valorant ,tekken and minecraft. Im currently looking at secondhand and theres a i5 12400f with 3060 ti and 16gb of ram. Its $800 , my only concern is about the intel stability issues and no more future options
