Help with letting him sleep past five.

Hey Dadditors,

Our six month old wakes up at five o clock sometimes without for us clear signs why.

Our routine is putting him in a sleeping bag and in bed around 7:00 pm and feeding him around 2:00 am. Our regular wake up time is 6:30.

Does any of you have tips how to make him sleep longer?
