Tax treatment of options moving uk to uae

I will be moving to UAE from UK. I hold number of non qualified options from an American company I worked for while in the UK, these are held in an American brokerage platform such as fidelity and Morgan Stanley. Once I become a UAE tax resident and exercise these options in UAE, am I still liable for UK taxes ? What are the conditions under which this can be liable .
