Apart from opposite position chip and Panel 5 or 6 screen it seems to me to be identical to the original console .

I've been running the community made ArkOS image for a couple of months and everything works good enough for me considering the price I paid (20€ for 2 clones off Temu).

As I want suggested here before the ArkOS R3XS V2.0 (04302025) build seems to be the most stable so far .

I came across a few glitches in the newer version and I've also tried ArkOS4Clone which seemed a bit smoother running but the latest build doesn't work correctly with my screen for some reason .

Been enjoying it so far for the last couple of months I've even upgraded the Joystick's with Hall effect ones .

So my questing is what's the difference between the original that makes Ports especially having lower performance?

A fried of mine gave me his original R36s Panel 1 version to replace the SD Card, transfered all my games and Ports to it and they run far smoother .

For instance Hall life runs at smooth 60fps on the original R36s while on my SoySauce clone runs at 45fps and performance drops here and there .

TLDR:What's the difference between an original R36s and a Soy Sauce clone that makes Portmaster Ports to run worse even tho the it runs ArkOS with panel 5/6 files just fine ?

What's the difference between a Soy sauce Clone vs Original console ?
