Okay these are going to be really silly questions but I need some clarity

The dress code is formals, so I was wondering whether these kind of formals are acceptable (images attached)

Colouring hair isn't allowed, but what if I've already colored my hair to a natural brown/blonde shade (images attached)

I saw a video which stated that we can wear anything inside the hostel but not outside. Are we allowed to go outside the campus wearing whatever we want? (dresses, jeans, shorts, skirts etc)

What does the fresher's day look like?

For events where we need to wear traditional, are sarees acceptable?(images attached)
