Did anyone not get side effects from ADHD meds?

Just stopped my second attempt at titration (no positive effects, just negative side effects) and wondering if it's worth trying until I find the right medication (not many options in my country, just different versions of methylphenidate or one version of lisdexamphetamine) or if I should give up.

Did anyone here not get side effects?
