Sticky feeling on nipple + areola

Hii so lately my chests been rly sore but it got a lot less sore recently all of a sudden but my nipple like feels sticky to the touch but it dosent get on my fingers it stays on the nipple. I can also feel something solid inside the nipple like a lump :o im only 13 so it cant ve cancer right 😭
