How long does a DXM/Welbutrin high last??

I take 400mg of Wellbutrin a day, and I took 40mg DXM for a cold. I just wanted to get some sleep but I feel insane right now, im so dumb for not checking the interaction!!

So how long will I feel like this? At first it was so fun, I felt very social and happy. But now I’m tired and trying to sleep but I see visions in my eyelids and my bed starts feeling like it’s spinning

I’m monitoring for seratonin syndrome, only symptom I have is rapid breathing. But that’s my number one panic attack symptom so I think it’s more likely that
