Aqua 10 Track issues with Robot Water tank

I have noticed that the dirty water tank on the robot is never collecting water! Its bone dry inside and always clean. This started happening after 2 weeks of use.

This is probably the reason that I gave bad smells on the pad.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?
