Endometriosis and heat

So I have endometriosis as well as IBS, I’m waiting for another laparoscopic surgery, my doctor just recently sent out another referral but an emergency one. My question is, has anyone else have bad flare ups and nausea due to heat waves. I live in Australia and it’s currently summer time in like 40 degree heat, and I’m not doing so good. So I was wondering if it’s a common thing with women with endometriosis or if it could be something else.
