Dialga and Palkia compensation event

Hello everyone, not sure if this is the right place to do it but I need some help. I participated on the Dialga and Palkia raids a few months ago, and like most I received the compensation tasks, unfortunately unlike most I havent gotten around to finally claim them because I didn't have enough space and kinda forgot after the level update, only have been reminded today. I figured it was still okay considering it had 23 days left to claim the rewards, however upon clicking to received the rewards I got the 10XP but not the encounter itself for either Palkia or Dialga. Is there any solution to this where I don't have to contact support? And if I do so do I risk my account considering I use location spoofers?

TL:DR - Didn't claim the compensation when it first was given but still had 23 days left to claim rewards, got the 10XP but no encounter
