Question between Maribank vs Local Card overseas. Which is better?

May ATM Card ako from the place na pupuntahan ko overseas. May Maribank Debit Card din ako. And lagi dumadaan itong 3% cashback. I'm just wondering. Which is better to use when purchasing? Local card from the country o Maribank?

Of course sa local card ko, I'm using their currency already. I'm just wondering if same lang ba or stick sa local card?
