18 days post op - what do we think?

Hi! I already posted on my annoying uneven nostrils (like this since day 1, that's the first thing I noticed when out of surgery!)?, but what do you think of the result? I know it's very swollen; I had crazy inflammation the first days... also adding at the end 2 before photos
