Okuwamon vs Marinedevimon

Who do you think would win in a fight between Okuwamon and Marinedevimon (both Adventure 02 version). Both are quite powerful perfect level Digimon who outclassed All the adult/champion they were fighting, including Angemon but were pretty easily defeated by the jogress evolutions. Marinedevimon hold his own against Shakkoumon as long Shakkou was holding back but got one shotted when the jogress became serious. Okuwamon caused Angemon devolving unlike Marinedevimon which speaks for him but cause devolving isn't really prove that a Digimon is stronger. I would say Marinedevimon takes this fight with high difficulty.
