RGG lack of response on the upgrade issues us beyond frustrating

But sure, they are quick to announce a special message for fans, like I'm sorry, but they need to get their priorities straight, the issues are so widespread and varied that it's actually insane how bad they've dropped the ball here, most commonly it's Kiwami 1 being the issue regardless of platform, I've encountered dozens of people with the exact same issue on Xbox, some can't do 2, some can't do 0, some people are so unfortunate they can't upgrade any.

People need to hound RGG (respectfully of course, don't get all weird and invasive with it) until they address the issue, because they are clearly acting like it doesn't exist.
