Game basically freezes when I open inventory

Haven't played since before the update that redid the origins, and I hopped in to play today and whenever I open my inventory, the game basically freezes up. I can close it, but the game then chugs horribly

I'm in Act IV at the moment, and wasn't having issues before, so update may have broken it I imagine?
