HELP

I just got my car repossessed due to late payments. I was doing well, but my family lost their jobs in Mexico and I had to help them with everything for 6+ months making me slack in my own life. Being a Mexican woman (I’m 26 and I already screwed up my credit score badly for being there for my family) is so hard because the sense of duty with the family is so hard… I don’t know what to do. My credit score got screwed up really bad because I’m behind with every single payment that I was supposed to make.. I’m desperate and sad and exhausted. I don’t know what to do or who to turn to… I have no one.
