newborn refusing sleep. pls help

during the day time she’s an angel sleeper. eat, burp, hold up right, nap in her bassinet. yet for some reason at 10 PM without fail she will refuse sleep for 6 whole freaking hours. we settle her, place her in her bassinet and she starts squealing after 5 mins. we do all the things: shush, swaddle, bounce on a ball, sound machine, all basic needs are met, day time we go outside and we open all windows, we have a bedtime routine, we warm her bassinet first. we try everything and yet she still screams and refuses to sleep every night around this time from 10PM to 4AM. we’re so tired.

i feel like a failure each night this happens. any ideas why she does this or what we can do?

we do not co sleep and want her to sleep in her bassinet. we contact nap sometimes during the day, but don’t do it during this 6 hour stretch of fussiness because we are so sleep deprived we very likely would fall asleep with her.
