Late vaccination for baby will it affect toddler’s CCS?

So my baby turned 12 months old a little over a month ago and now got a mail with a warning that her vaccination is overdue. When she turned 12mo we had to go overseas for a holiday and when we came back she’s been really sick, got better for 2 days and got sick yet again. So now a bit behind on her 12mo vaccine (5.5weeks behind). Letter says it can affect families payment. We have CCS for my 4yo (his vaccines are up to date). She does not receive CCS yet. Question is, will her late vaccination affect CCS payment for my older one too? Like it cancels payment for the whole family type of thing, Or is it just CCS payment for her (if she has one)? TIA
