Questions related to being new on Vinted

I just ordered on Vinted for the first time and i have a couple of general questions i hope someone can answer for now and also for the future if i do order again.

How do I communicate with someone who speaks another language? Can i expect them to know english? what do i do if not?

Is the anxiety of being scammed when ordering normal despite the seller having consistent picture locations, reasonable prices and pretty good ratings?

Is there a high risk of not getting my money back if I do end up getting scammed?
