TMI Should I take my dose a day before or after my normal day

Im having a birthday lunch on Saturday (yippee), Saturday is also my injection day, my issue is that I get really bad diarrhoea almost immediately after I eat (within an hour) and just generally increased nausea especially on my injection day.

So my query is, would it be fine to inject one day early/late? If so, which one would be better? I would make the new day my injection day moving forward. Ive only been on wegovy for 3 1/2 weeks so I’m very new to this, I saw my gp today for a new script but didn’t think to ask
