Why it's important to motivate your team

I haven’t lost a single game just because of disagreements and lack of coordination in the team. So I decided I’ll play only for the win, all the way to the end. From my experience, I like using motivational phrases like:
'Guys, we’re stronger than them, let’s smoke and take Roshan!'
or
'We’re stronger in the late game, even if it’s not really true.'
I also like saying: 'I’ll finish my item now and we’ll crush them.'
