27M working in BLR - stuck on car purchase for a year, need advice

I've been delaying my car purchase for over a year now. I started off looking at second-hand i10s, and now I really want to buy the new Tata Harrier. I've been pretty disciplined with my investments too, so it feels like the right time.

But here's the issue - there's a good chance I might move to another country in a year or two, and that's making me hesitant. I'm not sure if buying a car right now is a smart decision or just impulse. I get free cabs for office commute.
