Entitled coworker demanded I share my parking spot because “she’s been here longer”

I (32M) work in an office with very limited parking , like 12 spots for about 40 people. They’re assigned randomly every year by HR, and this year I lucked out and got one right near the entrance. My coworker “Linda,” who’s been here 15 years, didn’t. On the first day of the new assignment, she came up to me with this big smile and said, “Hey, since you’re new-ish, you probably don’t mind switching spots with me. I’ve earned that one.” I laughed, thinking she was joking. She wasn’t. When I politely said no, she got annoyed and said, “I’ll just start parking there anyway , it’s basically mine.” Sure enough, the next morning, her car was in my spot. I reported it to HR, they sent a reminder email about assigned spaces. She responded-all “Some people just don’t respect seniority.” Two days later, security installed new numbered signs with tow warnings. Guess whose car got towed first? Linda marched in yelling that I “should’ve stopped them.” HR replied, “We sent the same email to everyone.” The silence that followed was *chef’s kiss.
