CMV: Astrology is weird and dangerous.

Listen, I am rational perosn but If I have opinion on something, first I want to know the topic. So in recent years, on tik tok or even in real life, astrology is very popular. It can be fun and all, but I dove deep in that topic, because Ive seen and heard some weird shit. I studied it, look at tik tok, look at reddit and I clearly can say this is some fucked up shit.

The amount of people, who judge a person or they personality based on birth chart is wild. Even more wild is that the same person can say " Yeah, I know Im lazy but my mars is in Taurus, I cant deal with that". So they automatically explain they lack of some skills based on astrology.

Its very unhealthy and dangerous. Astrology is nothing more than Barnum effect. Do this people know, who are so into astrology, that we have couple of birth charts? So you can be Scorpio, you can be Libra, you can be Virgo for example. So wait, we can have 3-4 personalities? Wake up. I know 2 twins ( seconds difference) that are completely different - same parents, same sign, same houses - everything, but they are completely different people.

Its some weird cult and space racism, and that cause a lot of friction, because woman for example asks whats your sign on first date or on tinder. Really? We are livng in 21st century, and people still believe in this?
