I think I made a big discovery about Melina and Ranni being the same person

while they may not be the same person they share the same soul.

the destined death is said to only destroy the soul and leave the body to rot (In Godwyn's case) and Ranni used it to get rid of the finger's influence but of course she needs a soul to live and who got merked by Maliketh and had her body destroyed? the GEQ which is theorized to be Melina.
