Advice on how to ask reps for a meeting to redirect/discuss how they are submitting you

Hi everyone!

I'm looking to ask my reps for a meeting to discuss redirecting the way they are submitting me and/or discussing the types of roles they are submitting me for, as well as what they need for me in terms of reels/headshots, etc. Thing is, I am a little anxious on how to go about it because until about a year ago I had been pleased with the auditions I was getting so I've never asked to meet with them for that reason and also, we haven't met in person in a good while because of several reasons (pandemic, strike + they're doing home office now). How do you all go about asking to meet for something like this? I'm afraid it will feel very out of the blue and for some reason I also feel anxious about them wondering why I waited so long before having an in-person sit-down with them.

Any thoughts/advice would be really appreciated!
