How to navigate intimacy with dysphoria?

Hey friends

I (NB) and my partner (MtF) are having some issues regarding our sex life and her dysphoria.

I don't want to get into too much detail, but have any of you been in a similar situation?

How do I discuss something like this with my wife without either of us feeling dismissed and/or guilty? Thanks!
