[Acne] Has anyone tried Clarixa?

I was wondering whether anyone tried Methodiq's Clarixa. I keep seeing ads for it but no reviews online. I've had acne for 12 years now and have tried literally everything medical and topical OTC besides supplements with no improvement, so if anyone additionally has any other recommendations I'd be happy to hear them. Thanks!
