Shop&Miles verification frustration

My 15k miles are expiring soon, and I would like to redeem them via the Shop&Miles. On the Shop&Miles login, I get the error- In order to redeem your Miles at Shop&Miles, your account should be verified. Please check our Terms and Conditions page.

I created a feedback request and objected multiple times but get the same standard response from reps-

To evaulate the verification of your account one of the following conditions must be fulfilled; Booking and completing a flight under your name through one of our sales offices or Obtaining and using an award ticket issued in your name via a sales office. A mileage earning through flight that automatically added to your membership by your action adding your membership number to ticket before flight Once either of these conditions has been fulfilled, we will be pleased to review your request.

I do not have a sales office nearby, and I am not planning to fly with Turkish anytime soon, and (given this experience, may never again).

Has anyone been successful with verification without visiting the sales office? Are there any other ways to get this done quicker?
