Morale Boost and Supercharge

I had a question regarding Morale Boost and Supercharge. I understand they're the same. In the Spanish version of the game, Morale Boost is plural (increasing all units by +1, all units) and Supercharge is singular (applying to one unit). This led to my confusion. The English text is the same. Therefore, it increases each of a player's units in the battle by +1 for one round. That is, all their battleships to roll 4, their special units (NAZ) to roll 3, their fighters to roll 8. Is that correct?
