NURS 100 and NURS 110 (OC campus)

HI! I have my spring registration coming up for NURS 100 and NURS 110. Who would you guys recommend for professors? I have heard mixed reviews about Nguyen and Brennan for NURS 100. Also would you guys recommend I take both courses in one day? I am leaning towards Brennan for NURS 100 and Garg for 110 but the only way I can take both is by taking them the same day.
