Harvard rea applicants - date change

(For internationals) hi i think this depends on where you’re from, but by now, im wondering if everyone’s date on their portal has changed. By that i mean has it been changed to US time. If you don’t have a significant time difference from the US, i think it might be the same but all the stuff i submitted has now been fixed to US time (a day backward than the day i submitted it.) does this mean that official committee has now started? im wondering if it’s the same from applicants across all countries.
