Maybe a dumb question about her finances

So, obviously she was ridiculously popular at one point but hasn't put out music since 2011 (not going to mention "mind your business").

She obviously still has an expensive lifestyle and lives like she's still making money - is she? How hasn't her money dried up yet? Genuinely confused and I'm a Poor Person™ so I can't even fathom that amount of money in the first place but seems like she has to pay property taxes, travel expenses to Mexico, staff, etc etc. and it's gong to run out eventually. Assuming that there's no income and just expenses.
