CST withdraw

So I graduated from college back in 2021 but I still have some CST saving left. I don’t wanna go back to college now cause I just gotten a new full time job position I need to start next Monday. Can I withdraw the money without going back to college or can I use the money to do online courses instead like Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate?
