Student shirt Advice

I'm a current business/finance student, and I'm looking into getting my first few shirts due to networking events, interviews, etc, for the following years. I'm willing to invest a good amount into these shirts if they last a long time. What shirts and what brands do you guys recommend? Also, is there a difference between getting an Oxford or a dress shirt?
