9070XT or 5070 Ti for Rendering/Game Development and Gaming?

I wanted to upgrade my gpu since the AI Datacenters will probably target those next, and since the 5000 supers were delayed I don't want to take any risks.

Anyways: I mostly game on my pc but also use Blender often with UE5/Unity.

I read that the 9070XT has inferior performance in Blender since it's not optimized for them so logically I should get the 5070 ti, but at the same time I wouldn't want to spend 150 euros more for an equivalent performance in almost every game category.

What are your thoughts?
