Actively reading fanfiction?

Active reading is this purposeful reading of a text, underlining, highlighting, asking questions, summarizing and taking notes while reading it. It's something you'll see especially on printed books.

I just want to know if there's anyone who does that while reading fanfiction and if yes, how do you do it considering that it's posted online as opposed to being printed?
