Is healthcare going to go up 2026+?

I can’t tell if I should commit to some sort of non-medicare/medicaid insurance, i go to multiple (am supposed to at least) specialists. i aged out my old insurance & am currently broke :,)

i feel like i heard somewhere recently that insurance is going to like nearly triple after this year, but i don’t know what’s the truth or where to find it
