Tenga air tech regular reusable cleaning routine

Hey there, first time user and surfing this sub kinda lost how to clean after use.

So, how should I clean it? Can I turn the sleeve inside out, clean it with soap (no oil, no silicone) and water, blot it with paper towel or smth like that and put it back inside? Or should I leave it drying on the open?
