Help me Decide

I have been thinking of buying a bike for over 3 months, test rode speed t4,speed 400, Ronin, hunter, xsr 155. I'm a beginner, so I don't know what to make of the test rides. Apart from these also considering highness and cb350rs. What initially started with a budget of ₹2lakh extended till ₹3lakh due to speed 400. I was ok with Ronin and hunter but after seeing many posts on tvs sc issues and vibration issue, I'm hesitant. As for the RE hunter, it has become a very common bike that makes me not to like it. Also it seems small for my height (180 cms). I love everything about highness except the rust issue, however the dealership guys say that rust issue is not frequent since the 2025 model. Cb350rs is a great looking bike, but there is the mud splash issue which doesn't seem to go away even with rear extender and the tyre hugger. Finally the speed 400, again a great bike loved the throttle response, but parents feel that you won't be always taking it for a fun ride and it won't be commute friendly due to the mileage.

I keep contradicting myself. At one instance, I'm like this will be the only bike I will be having for the next 5-10 yrs, so why not take the one I like. At another instance, why not start with anything other than speed 400, highness gives good mileage and a great road presence as well.
